Summary

We are seeking a hands-on AI Technical Partner to work alongside our Data & AI teams across data engineering, analytics, ML, and GenAI. This is a non-hierarchical role focused on bringing clarity, structure, and engineering discipline supporting teams in reasoning better and delivering more consistently. Not a PM, not a strategist, not an architect-of-record, but the technical adult in the room.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with delivery teams to stabilize execution, clarify scope, and structure technical decision-making.
Identify risks, streamline workflows, and reduce noise across Data & AI workstreams.
Shape and refine GenAI/Data solutions, including RAG, agentic systems, and BFSI-safe architectures.
Review and clarify technical artifacts for feasibility and alignment with constraints.
Coach teams in structured reasoning, analytic writing, data literacy, and AI engineering practices.
Create lightweight guides, templates, and repeatable patterns for better delivery.
Support leadership with input on architecture notes, technical narratives, and solution drafts.

What You Bring

10+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering, ML, AI, or GenAI.
Strong understanding of GenAI patterns (RAG, agents, evaluations, data flows).
Exceptional communication and structured thinking; ability to coach others.
Experience working in BFSI or regulated environments.
Calm, steady, execution-focused operating style.
