Job Description:

10+ Years of experience with implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules Candidate should be processes Ability to Strategize and lead the discussion with the customer teams for on Process Mapping, Integrations, data migrations and Testing Strategy related to OTL and Absence and other modules

• Good working knowledge on HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Visual Builder Studio
• Good working ability in Oracle Cloud – Global HR, Security, Payroll
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
• Experience managing team size of 5+ would be a plus
• Experience verbal and written communication skills.
