Job Title: Senior Technical Project Manager

Summary:
Senior Technical Project Manager with strong experience in delivering large-scale, complex technology projects. Expertise in end-to-end project lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and governance within financial services and enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end project delivery using Waterfall / Agile / Hybrid methodologies
Project planning, scope definition, WBS, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
Stakeholder management, executive communication, and status reporting
Risk management, issue tracking, change management, and escalation handling
Project governance, RACI, decision rights, and delivery frameworks
Budget tracking, resource coordination, and vendor management
Adherence to Fiserv Infrastructure Delivery Lifecycle (IDLC) and PMO standards
Cross-functional coordination across business, technology, and operations teams

Key Skills & Technologies:

Technical Project Management, PMO, SDLC, IDLC
Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid delivery models
Stakeholder engagement, executive presentations, governance
Risk & issue management, change control, dependency management
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Project management tools: JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, Confluence

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5–7+ years of project management / consulting experience
Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or software environments
PMP certification preferred

Work Location:

Onsite (No Hybrid) – Alpharetta, GA / Berkeley Heights, NJ
