Summary

Our client is looking for a Field Service Technician for a 3-month contract in San Francisco, CA 94114.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.

Contract Duration: 3 months

Required Skills & Experience

Associate's degree or its equivalent
3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Active driver's license.
Good admin and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of printers, laptops, desktops, servers, and networks.

Good customer focus, meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA's).
A+ certification

What You Will Be Doing

Travel to each client's location.
Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs Desktops, Laptops, Servers, and Printers. Works under general supervision.
Local travel is required for daily dispatch.
Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.
