Role Summary

The Kinaxis RapidResponse Consultant will serve as a functional and technical expert in supply chain planning, helping design, configure, and implement Kinaxis solutions to address complex planning challenges. The role requires strong hands-on experience with Kinaxis configuration, deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, and the ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Planning & Solution Design

• Understand enterprise supply chain planning challenges and provide expert guidance using Kinaxis RapidResponse.

• Collaborate with project teams and solution architects to design business processes leveraging Kinaxis capabilities.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Kinaxis solutions.

Kinaxis Configuration & Implementation

• Design, build, and configure Kinaxis applications and models.

• Configure customized planning solutions to support:

  • Demand Planning

  • Supply Planning

  • Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP / SOP)

• Lead and support:

  • System configuration

  • Testing (unit, integration, UAT)

  • Training and enablement

  • Knowledge transfer

  • Documentation

Project Delivery & Stakeholder Management

• Manage and support Kinaxis implementation projects, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical design, and delivery timelines.

• Provide regular status updates and support issue resolution.

Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide technical support for implemented Kinaxis solutions.

• Troubleshoot configuration, data, and performance-related issues.

• Apply strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective fixes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse.

• Solid understanding of supply chain planning concepts, including:

  • Demand Planning

  • Supply Planning

  • S&OP / SOP

• Experience designing and configuring custom Kinaxis solutions.

• Experience supporting or leading Kinaxis implementation projects.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in complex, global supply chain environments.

• Exposure to ERP integrations with Kinaxis.

• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
