Position Title: Pega Architect

Location: Charlotte, NC

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: Expected 12-Month.

Job Type: CONTRACT, (Hybrid)

Monday- Friday (5x8)

Candidate who is authorized to work independently

Pay Range: $62 - $67/hr.

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per-diem, etc).

Job Description:

Responsible for designing and developing complex requirements to accomplish business goals, ensuring software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements. This role ensures solutions are well designed with maintainability/ease of integration and testing built-in from the outset. Possess strong proficiency in development and testing practices common to the industry, and have extensive experience of using design and architectural patterns.

Required Qualifications

CSSA certification in PEGA 7.X or later.

More than 3 years of hands on development experience in PEGA.

Excellent communication skills.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong problem solving skills and technical judgment.

Experienced in Agile methodologies.

Proactive personality with a proven track record of following through and delivering on responsibilities.

Desired Qualifications

Hands on development experience in PEGA 8.X
