Required skills:
- Core Oracle OTM Expertise
Indepth understanding of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) architecture and modules:
Order Management
Shipment Planning and Execution
Freight Payment, Billing, and Claims
Fleet Management
Logistics Network Modeling
Experience in transportation processes such as:
Multimodal and multileg shipments
Carrier selection and rate management
Routing guides and itinerary planning
Transportation sourcing and contract management
Knowledge of OTM configuration agents, workflows, rate records, itineraries, and planning parameters.
- Oracle Cloud & Fusion Ecosystem Knowledge
Understanding of Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud and its integration points with OTM:
Procurement and Order Management
Inventory and Shipping
Supply Chain Planning
A Package Consultant in Oracle Cloud HCM specializes in the selection, implementation, and production support of business processes within HCM Cloud modules, primarily Core HR preferably with additional skills of Recruiting and onboarding, security.
This role involves advising clients on the selection and implementation of packaged solutions, integrating them into the clients' business environment, and ensuring they meet the clients' business objectives. Consultants leverage their in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and expertise in packaged solutions to deliver optimized results
Key responsibilities include:
- Process design, product configuration and demonstration, functional design, product personalization/customization, and testing the application.,
- Providing comprehensive support throughout the project lifecycle to achieve client-expected business results.,
- Utilizing expertise in process design, product configuration, functional design, and testing to ensure seamless integration and alignment with clients' needs.
