GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Enterprise Integration Analyst supports the Project Management Office (PMO) by
documenting the application architecture and data flows, while also leading the integration and migration efforts. This role serves as a bridge between business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical development teams to ensure data flows seamlessly between systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, define, and validate requirements for system integrations and data migrations.
2. Develop functional and technical specifications for integrations, APIs, and data exchange processes, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
3. Produce clear and comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, data mapping, interface specifications, migration plans, and system workflows.
4. Coordinate and support the design, development, testing, and deployment of system integrations across internal and external applications.
5. Define migration strategies, create transformation logic, oversee data validation, and coordinate cutover activities to ensure accurate and complete data transfer.
6. Develop and execute integration and migration test plans, troubleshoot issues, and validate successful data and process flows.
7. Serve as the liaison between functional users, vendors, and technical staff, ensuring requirements are understood and met.
8. Recommend enhancements to integration patterns, tools, and processes to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
9. Works with the project team, the vendor teams and internal technical and business teams to define requirements, understand constraints and deliver usable solutions.
10. Perform other related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Note: An equivalent combination of related education and experience may be substituted for the below stated minimums
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis, application integration, or data migration in an enterprise environment.
3. Strong understanding of system integration concepts, data exchange formats (e.g., JSON, XML, CSV), and API technologies (REST, SOAP).
4. Experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) tools, integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica), and database systems (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
5. Proficiency in creating process flows, data mapping, and technical documentation.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot integration and migration issues.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This position could by hybrid, at the company headquarters at least 2-3 days per week. Parking is not available at the client site.
Will work in an environment where there is minimum exposure to dust, noise, or temperature. May be moderately exposed to unpleasant working conditions to include dust, noise, temperature, weather, petroleum products, and chemicals while visiting the company's operating facilities, assuming incumbent is observing all policies and procedures, safety precautions and regulations, and using all protective clothing and devices provided.
