The WorkThe EWM/TM Functional Consultant will play a pivotal role in resolving complex technical issues and ensuring the seamless operation of SAP systems. Your primary responsibility will be to provide advanced support for SAP modules, including ECC, EWM, TM, and WMS, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze system performance, identify root causes of technical issues, and implement effective solutions to maintain operational efficiency
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for ECC, EWM, TM, and WMS systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements
- Conduct system testing and provide recommendations for improvements
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in SAP technology
Here's what you need:- 2+ years of SAP experience
- An understanding of SAP architecture to address escalated issues
- Hands-on experience with SAP tools and processes, particularly in areas such as Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Familiarity with SAP ECC
- Experience with system integration and configuration
- Exposure to troubleshooting methodologies, performance optimization techniques, and system monitoring tools
- A proven track record of resolving complex technical issues and implementing system improvements
Nice to have:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Eligibility Requirements:- Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
- Must be able to work onsite every week, Monday-Friday, at one of the following client locations: San Joaquin, CA or New Cumberland, PA

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
