Milwaukee Electric Tool Contract (Potential to Convert)

Milwaukee Electric Tool has just completed their Oracle Cloud implementation and is now entering the critical cutover and stabilization phase. They are seeking a highly seasoned Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH) Lead Consultant who can operate with minimal oversight, drive end to end solutioning, and ensure data integrity across all workstreams during this high impact period.

This is a contract role with potential to convert, and the work could naturally expand into multiple roles as cutover progresses.

Key Responsibilities

End to End Leadership

• Lead initiatives across the full lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution architecture, configuration, testing, cutover readiness, and production support.
• Operate independently with minimal manager bandwidth available; self led consultants only.

PDH Expertise & Governance

• Provide expert guidance on product data structures, governance rules, item modeling, and best practice product lifecycle processes.
• Serve as the senior functional voice on the team, mentoring junior resources and representing PDH confidently with business and IT stakeholders.

Cross Module & Downstream Influence

• Ensure PDH alignment with downstream modules including:
  Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Planning.
• Propose clear, actionable solutions, including RICEFW requirements where needed.

Cutover Support & Data Integrity

• Partner across workstreams to maintain data accuracy, mapping consistency, and readiness for cutover.
• Drive process improvements and ensure alignment between functional and technical teams.
• Support integration considerations, including item lifecycle processes and cross module dependencies.

Integration & Technical Partnership

• Collaborate with integration teams to support SOAP/REST API related work, cross system data flows, and issue resolution.
• Provide architectural input on how PDH interacts with the broader Oracle Cloud landscape.

Required Experience

• 7+ years Oracle functional experience.
• 3+ years dedicated to Oracle PDH, with deep hands on configuration experience.
• PDH Lead on at least three Oracle Cloud implementations - non negotiable.
• Strong understanding of item lifecycle processes, governance, cross module dependencies, and integrations.
• Experience with SOAP/REST APIs preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and credibly with leadership, SMEs, and technical teams.
• Proven ability to manage client expectations independently.
