Need a change management resource to help with adoption and communication for M&A activities.

Role Scope / Deliverables:

Communication plan, stakeholder assessment, cross-functional alignment, identify and mitigate risk of M&A activities related to change adoption.

Mandatory Key Skills:

Prosci Certification is Mandatory

Knowledge of communication strategy development and multi-channel delivery.

Familiarity with adult learning principles and training design methodologies.

Experience with M&A activities.

Ability to effectively communicate and work across business and IT functions.
