Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will combine strong visual design skills with a deep understanding of user behavior to create seamless interfaces across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders

• Translate business requirements into user-friendly designs

• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and design systems

• Iterate designs based on user feedback, data, and testing results

• Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design projects

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles

• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design is a plus

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)

• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries

• Experience designing for SaaS or mobile applications
