- Narrative Reporting / FR / Smart View
- Create high-quality deliverables: solution blueprint, design specs, build docs, test strategy, and deployment plan.
- Lead or oversee configuration and development:
- Dimensions, hierarchies, forms, business rules/calc scripts, task lists, security, approvals, and workflows.
- Ensure best practices across performance, scalability, maintainability, governance, and auditability.
Data Integration & Reporting
- Design and oversee integrations using Data Integration / FDMEE (if applicable), REST APIs, file-based loads, and/or middleware.
- Partner with ERP/data teams (e.g., Oracle Fusion ERP, data warehouses) to establish dependable data pipelines.
- Deliver reporting experiences using Smart View, dashboards, Narrative Reporting, and/or external BI tools as needed.
Program/Team Leadership
- Mentor junior consultants and review work for quality.
- Drive test cycles (SIT/UAT), defect triage, cutover, and hypercare.
- Collaborate with PMs to manage scope, timeline, and stakeholder expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Deep hands-on Oracle EPM expertise with multiple full lifecycle implementations.
- Strong functional knowledge of finance processes:

- Strong design skills in:
- Dimensional modeling, metadata strategy, security/access model, workflow/approvals, calculation design.
- Experience with Smart View and designing end-user experiences that drive adoption.
- Excellent communication skills: able to explain technical concepts in simple business terms.
