The Business Applications Analyst III ERP serves as a senior subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion ERP Supply Chain Management (SCM), Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and/or Payroll modules and leads cross-functional initiatives. The position entails assisting, training, and supporting business partners and other ERP Applications Analysts with the operation and administration of systems.

• Trains and mentors the associate and intermediate positions and works with business partners at all levels in the organization to enhance their understanding of available tools to enhance operational efficiencies.
• Proactively manages and troubleshoots issues within related technology teams and manages change. The Business Applications Analyst III provides high-level administration of applications and ensures quality delivery of application availability. Cross-trained and proficient in multiple applications.
• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP application design, configuration, testing and implementation efforts for one or more of the following specialized areas; Supply Chain Management (SCM), Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and/or Payroll.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
