Job Description:-

• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience in enterprise environments
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Salesforce Service Cloud (case management, service workflows, omni-channel concepts)
  • JIRA (workflow execution, backlog management, service operations)
• Proven experience in healthcare payer or provider operations
• Strong background in:
  • Service journey mapping (intake resolution)
  • Workflow redesign and documentation
  • Requirements gathering and build-ready backlog creation
• Experience performing platform feasibility analysis (config vs customization)
• Strong understanding of SLAs, exception handling, and operational performance
• Excellent communication skills with experience leading client-facing workshops

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to document current-state and future-state workflows
• Translate business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Support Salesforce and JIRA feasibility assessments in collaboration with architects
• Identify gaps, risks, and integration touchpoints across platforms
• Support UAT planning, test scenarios, and readiness activities
• Produce clear, structured documentation for business and technical teams

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, IT, or related field
• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Strong Salesforce Service Cloud + JIRA exposure
• Healthcare payer/provider domain experience is mandatory
• Onshore availability with independent visa status
