30%+ Travel may be required (Client Discretion & Expenses Reimbursed).
Engagement : This will be a gig style project.

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Software (WFS) Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of our time and attendance management system using SAP's WFS module. A critical component of this role involves expertise in the Accelerated Configuration Toolkit (ACT) and the implementation of specific Process Templates (PTs), particularly PT 101 and PT 102, to streamline and standardize our workforce management processes. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between HR business needs and technical solutions, ensuring efficient and compliant workforce operations.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Configuration: Lead or contribute to the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors WFS module to meet business requirements for time tracking, scheduling, leave management, and attendance.
ACT & Process Template Expertise: Utilize the Accelerated Configuration Toolkit (ACT) to efficiently deploy and configure pre-defined best practice content. Specifically, apply deep knowledge of:
PT 101 (Basic Configuration for Time Sheet): Implement foundational time recording configurations, work schedules, and basic attendance policies.
PT 102 (Basic Configuration for Time Evaluation): Configure core time evaluation rules, wage type selection, and gross pay reconciliation processes.
Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Operations stakeholders to analyze current workforce management processes, identify gaps, and design solutions enabled by WFS and the standard PTs.
System Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing Tier 2/3 support for the WFS system, resolving complex configuration issues related to time calculations, approvals, integrations, and reporting.
Testing & Documentation: Develop test scripts, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and create comprehensive configuration documentation, process flows, and training materials.
Integration Management: Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP SuccessFactors WFS, Employee Central (EC), and external payroll systems.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors WFS releases and new ACT content, recommending and implementing enhancements to improve system efficiency and user experience.
Qualifications & Required Skills
Must-Have:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on configuration and implementation experience with SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Software (WFS).
Proven, practical experience using the Accelerated Configuration Toolkit (ACT).
Direct project experience implementing and configuring Process Templates PT 101 and PT 102 in a live environment.
Strong understanding of end-to-end time management processes, labor regulations, and payroll reconciliation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Highly Desired:
SAP SuccessFactors WFS certification.
Experience with other WFS Process Templates (e.g., PT 201 for Advanced Scheduling).
Knowledge of integration with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
Experience in a consulting environment or managing client stakeholders.
