Summary

Position : Scrum Master

Location : Pittsburgh, PA

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master with Project Management capabilities to lead Agile delivery for core banking initiatives. The ideal candidate will balance Scrum facilitation, Agile coaching, and end-to-end project ownership while working closely with technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum and Agile best practices
Drive Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Grooming, Reviews, and Retrospectives
Manage project timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones
Use Azure DevOps for sprint planning, backlog management, reporting, and delivery tracking
Partner with business and technology stakeholders in the core banking domain
Track and report project status, risks, and delivery metrics to leadership
Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution
Coordinate across cross-functional teams and vendors when required

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
CSM (Certified Scrum Master) – mandatory
Strong experience with Azure DevOps
Proven background in Core Banking / Banking programs
Solid Scrum Master + Project Management experience
Ability to manage and lead medium to large Agile teams
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
