Job Title: ServiceNow Architect
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: Long Term Contract

The ServiceNow Architect will serve as the technical authority and customer-facing advisor for the CMDB and ITOM program. This is an onsite role requiring strong architecture leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to act as a trusted point of contact for customer advisory discussions.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years in ServiceNow with strong CMDB/ITOM focus
Deep expertise in Discovery, CSDM, IRE, CMDB Health
Experience with HAM, SAM, and observability integrations (Dynatrace preferred)
Excellent communication, presentation, and advisory skills
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Architect certifications preferred
