Job Summary:

Agile Coach supporting Client s Propel Program, a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation. The role provides Agile coaching across multiple Scrum teams within a complex, enterprise IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach multiple Scrum teams and support Scrum Masters development
• Support large-scale SAFe Agile rollout across IT programs
• Guide Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Architects on Agile best practices
• Collaborate with PMO leaders on delivery, risk, and methodology
• Support onboarding and recruitment of Scrum Masters

Required Skills:

• Agile Coach / Scrum Master experience
• Strong knowledge of SAFe, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
• Experience in large IT or enterprise transformation programs
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

• SAP / ERP implementation experience
• Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Power BI
• Experience in large corporate IT environments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in related field
• 2+ years Scrum Master experience; Agile Coach experience preferred.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $90.00 - $100.00 per hour.
