Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

Pay Range: $90.39hr - $94.39hr

The Agile Coach will provide team-level coaching to multiple Scrum Teams while collaborating with other Scrum Coaches.
This role focuses on strengthening agile practices, supporting the professional growth of Scrum Masters and Product Owners, and driving effective adoption of agile principles across teams.
The Agile Coach will work closely with leadership and delivery teams to foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and high-performing agile teams.

Responsibilities:

Provide team-level coaching to multiple Scrum Teams in collaboration with other Scrum Coaches.
Support the professional growth and development of Scrum Masters.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of Agile Scrum Masters.
Build and strengthen coaching capabilities in Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Architects.
Advise teams on agile values, principles, and best practices.
Provide teaching, mentoring, and coaching to support agile maturity.
Support adoption of agile frameworks and ways of working across teams.
Collaborate in an open, transparent, and highly collaborative environment.
Build strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders to influence agile transformation.

Requirement/Must Have:

Strong understanding of agile values and principles.
Ability to coach, mentor, and teach agile practices effectively.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation to large audiences.
Ability to explain performance variances and facilitate problem-solving discussions.
Ability to develop visual representations of ideas, trends, and data.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Should Have:

Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) terminology, roles, and practices.
Experience using agile tools such as Jira or similar agile project execution tools.
Experience working in large enterprise or complex IT project environments.
Exposure to ERP or large-scale software implementation projects.
Familiarity with both agile and waterfall methodologies within the software lifecycle.
Experience with Microsoft Office tools and collaboration platforms such as Teams and SharePoint.
Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, or similar reporting and collaboration tools.

Experience:

Two or more years of experience as a Scrum Master.
One or more years of experience as an Agile Coach preferred.
Three or more years of experience in large software programs or IT project environments.

Qualification And Education:

Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in a related field.
Working knowledge of IT systems including infrastructure, development, middleware, interfaces, and user interface design concepts.
