Title: IT Help Desk Technician
Duration: Contract potential to go FTE
Location: Louisville, CO
Pay Range:$26-$28 per hour
Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented IT Help Desk Technician to provide first-level technical support and ensure smooth operation of computer systems and networks. This role offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, opportunities for overtime, and potential for long-term growth.
Responsibilities
- Deliver front-line technical assistance via email, chat, ticketing systems, and in-person support.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Configure and deploy computers, peripherals, and user accounts for new hires.
- Assist with onboarding by setting up logins and providing basic software guidance.
- Maintain and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and related equipment.
- Run diagnostic tools to identify and fix system problems promptly.
- Support IT projects, updates, and documentation initiatives.
- Help maintain LAN/WAN connectivity and resolve network issues.
- Provide basic ERP system support under senior IT guidance.
- Ensure clear communication and excellent customer service for all users.
Skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or help desk roles.
- Working knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with ticketing systems; ERP exposure is a plus (NetSuite preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
