Project Manager IV

Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (Contract) to lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional initiatives, translating high-level objectives into clear plans and maintaining oversight of roadmap timelines, milestones, and interdependencies. You will work closely with senior leaders, operational teams, and functional partners to drive progress and resolve issues as they arise.This role requires strong judgment, executive presence, and the ability to drive clarity and momentum in ambiguous environments.

Description

• Own end-to-end project delivery for multiple complex initiatives, from intake and planning through execution and close-out
• Experience partnering closely with engineering teams, including navigating technical requirements, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Translate high-level goals into clear project plans, roadmap timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and decision points
• Oversee and manage roadmap timelines, ensuring alignment across teams and surfacing risks early
• Drive cross-functional alignment across teams with competing priorities
• Proactively identify risks, tradeoffs, and issues; escalate with context and recommendations
• Lead structured project rhythms (status reviews, executive updates, readouts) with clarity and confidence
• Maintain momentum and accountability without micromanaging
• Adapt plans as conditions change while protecting critical outcomes
• Ensure clear documentation, decision tracking, and follow-through
  

• 8+ years of experience in project or program management roles
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and navigate executive-level discussions
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information clearly
• Experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and bringing structure to unclear problems
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, ability to be flexible
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building capabilities
• Experience with Keynote, MacOS
  

• Experience in large, matrixed, or highly complex organizations
• Background in business, operations, strategy, or transformation initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and manage competing priorities
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Experience overseeing multi-quarter roadmaps or complex delivery schedules
• Experience supporting executive forums, leadership reviews, or high-visibility programs
• Experience with managing technical projects
