As we expand in the multi-tenant data center market, we are building a dedicated sales team to develop qualified pipelines and win work we can execute well across key growth regions.
We are seeking
two National Account Executives to join this team. These professionals will identify, pursue, and win MTDCs and large commercial construction opportunities. Success requires a deep understanding of how data center projects are sourced, sold, and awarded, along with a strong commitment to collaboration, credibility, and long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Role Overview The
National Account Executive - Data Center role is responsible for developing and managing a strong pipeline of MTDCs and large commercial construction within their assigned region. This individual will leverage existing relationships while actively building new ones, positioning ServicePoint IT to compete for and win complex projects.
This is a relationship-driven, business development role requiring experience working with general contractors and aligning closely with estimating and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage an existing book of business and established relationships to drive near-term and long-term opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, data center owners/operators, developers, and key project stakeholders
- Identify upcoming bid opportunities and support pursuits from early engagement through award
- Partner with estimating and operations teams to ensure competitive, well-aligned bids and smooth project handoffs
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting, and reporting
- Represent ServicePoint IT professionally in meetings, site visits, and industry events
Required Experience & Background- Minimum of 3 years of sales or business development experience in one or more of the following:
- Multi-tenant data center sales or business development
- General contractor business development
- Large commercial construction projects with complex scopes
- Proven experience working within GC-led construction environments
- Demonstrated ability to develop pipeline and win work in long-cycle, construction-driven sales processes
- Existing regional relationships that can be immediately leveraged
Ideal Candidate Profile- Seasoned sales professional with a solid book of business and active relationships in the assigned region
- Experience coming from data center service providers, general contractors, or manufacturers supporting large commercial construction projects
- Team-first mindset collaborative, respectful, and focused on shared success
- Professional, punctual, organized, and accountable
Compensation- Base Salary: $120,000 - $140,000
- Plus, Commission Opportunity.
