Pay Range: $50/hr. - $70/hr. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support for PioneerRx (Pioneer Pharmacy System / PharmacyRX)
- Assist with system configuration, optimization, and ongoing support
- Troubleshoot system-level issues and partner with stakeholders to resolve them
- Support implementations, upgrades, reporting, and workflow improvements
- Collaborate with pharmacy teams, IT, vendors, and leadership as needed
- Help document processes, train users, and improve system adoption
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; Hands-on experience with PioneerRx (Pioneer Pharmacy System / PharmacyRX)
- Hands-on experience with implementation, support, configuration, training, or integration exposure
- More IT / systems / application-facing than counter-level pharmacy technicians
- Proven, hands-on experience with PioneerRx / Pioneer Pharmacy System
- Experience beyond basic end-user tasks (e.g., configuration, support, implementations, reporting, integrations, or training)
- Strong understanding of pharmacy workflows from a systems perspective
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-site or enterprise pharmacy support experience
- Prior implementation or rollout experience
- Experience working with vendors or third-party integrations
- Background in pharmacy informatics, application support, or systems analysis
