Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Lead .NET Developer to architect, design, and deliver enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft .NET and Azure cloud services. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across complex application environments.

The ideal candidate brings deep .NET expertise, cloud-native development experience, and a strong ability to mentor teams and drive architectural best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, architect, prototype, design, develop, and deploy complex .NET and cloud-based applications
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, enforcing coding standards and best practices
• Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, business analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Implement applications using Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles
• Integrate applications with third-party APIs, databases, and Azure cloud services
• Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability across environments
• Lead code reviews and drive continuous quality and performance improvements
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment and release management
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in development and production environments
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and accessibility standards
• Contribute to long-term architecture planning and technology selection
• Produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of total professional software development experience
• 5+ years of application development using the .NET framework and Microsoft technologies
• 5+ years (combined) in a Technical Lead or Lead .NET Engineer role, including mentoring junior developers
• 7+ years (combined) experience with at least one modern front-end framework: Angular, React, or Blazor
• 5+ years of experience developing applications in Azure cloud environments, including deployment via CI/CD pipelines

Preferred / Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor s, Associate, or higher degree in Information Technology or a related field
• 5+ years leading collaborative efforts with business and technical stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical designs
• 8+ years experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• 3+ years experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, App Services, Event Bus, Event Grid, Logic Apps, and Azure identity services (CIAM)
• 5+ years hands-on experience with API design, microservices architecture, distributed systems, and Azure Application Performance Monitoring
• 10+ years experience writing automated unit tests
• 5+ years experience with database design and development using SQL Server or Azure SQL
• Strong expertise with Entity Framework, SQL performance tuning, and analysis tools
• Experience working in a hybrid onsite/remote enterprise environment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams within large-scale enterprise projects
