Responsibilities

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain robust data models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators related to medication distribution, patient demographics, and health outcomes.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights into the impact of Dispensary of Hope's programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current medication access points and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Support strategic planning for national expansion by providing data-driven recommendations on potential new partnerships, geographic areas of need, and patient populations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, partnerships, finance) to understand their data needs and provide relevant analytical support.
  • Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including leadership, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement best practices for data collection, storage, and analysis to ensure data integrity and reliability.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data infrastructure and analytical capabilities.
Requirements

Education:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.

Work Experience:

  • 3 years of experience preferred.
Additional Preferences

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Advanced skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and compelling narratives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in the non-profit, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Passion for the mission of the Dispensary of Hope and a commitment to serving vulnerable populations.
