We are hiring a Full Stack Developer to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (hybrid)!
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or application development
- Experience with frontend technologies including React (Functional components, books, redux), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experienced with backend technologies including NodeJS or Java
- Familiar with DevOps best practices and technologies
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with both technical teams and business partners
- Ability to work hybrid in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions across the full stack
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and cross-functional teams to refine requirements and deliver features
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and established architecture
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability
- Contribute to system design discussions and help define scalable, reliable architecture
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement robust solutions
- Work within an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure applications meet security, performance, and compliance standards
- Support DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities
- Collaborate closely with QA to validate functionality and ensure high-quality releases

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
