Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Engineer with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing Microsoft Azure cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Azure DevOps pipelines, and cloud governance, with a passion for automation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Azure landing zone architecture using Terraform

• Provision, configure, monitor, and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure

• Analyze existing operational standards, processes, and governance models; recommend and implement improvements

• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to ensure consistent and automated deployments

• Deploy IaC solutions using Azure DevOps pipelines

• Manage cloud security, governance policies, and access controls

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor team members as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as an Azure Engineer

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (design, deployment, configuration, optimization)

• Hands-on experience with Terraform for IaC development

• Experience deploying IaC using Azure DevOps

• Proficiency with Git for source code management

• Strong understanding of cloud security, governance, and access control

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and an enthusiastic learner

Preferred (Not Required) Skills

• Knowledge of Azure Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF)

• Understanding of Azure Active Directory and on-premises integration

• Network design experience including CIDR blocks, IP planning, VNET gateways, and transit routing

• Experience with Azure native monitoring and logging services

• Familiarity with cloud governance and compliance best practices
