Full Stack Engineer – AI-Enabled Product Platform (Intermediate, Senior, Staff)

Our client is a global SaaS company building industrial software that embeds AI directly into core products used by energy, manufacturing, and regulated enterprises. This team focuses on the applications and services that bring AI agents to life for end users, turning complex data and automation into usable, intuitive product experiences.

This posting represents multiple open roles on the same product-focused engineering team. The organization is hiring across Intermediate (L2), Senior (L3), and Staff (L4) levels to scale a critical product surface area tied directly to customer value.

This is not a UI-only role and not a backend-only role. Engineers here own features end to end, from frontend interaction to backend services running in production.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build full stack features that integrate AI capabilities into customer-facing products

• Develop modern frontend applications using TypeScript and React

• Build and maintain backend services, primarily in Python

• Collaborate with platform engineers to consume shared services and SDKs

• Own features from design through production, including testing and operational support

• Ensure applications are scalable, reliable, and secure in a multi-cloud environment

• Partner closely with Product and Design to translate requirements into high-quality software

• Participate in on-call rotations and support production systems

Required Skills & Experience (All Levels)

• Professional experience as a full stack or software engineer delivering production systems

• Strong experience with frontend development using TypeScript and React

• Backend experience building APIs and services, preferably in Python

• Experience deploying and operating applications in cloud environments

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized workloads

• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals and system design

• Experience working across the full SDLC including testing, CI/CD, and production support

• Clear communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally

Level-Specific Expectations

Intermediate (L2)

• 3 to 5 years of professional engineering experience

• Strong individual contributor delivering features with increasing autonomy

• Comfortable working across frontend and backend within established architectures

Senior (L3)

• 5 to 10 years of experience building and operating complex applications

• Ownership of major features or subsystems

• Mentorship of junior engineers and influence on technical approach

Staff (L4)

• 10 plus years of experience with large-scale, production software systems

• Architectural ownership across frontend and backend boundaries

• Technical leadership across teams and close collaboration with product leadership

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience building applications that leverage AI, ML, or LLM technologies

• Familiarity with GraphQL, graph databases, or complex data visualization

• Experience operating systems in regulated or data-intensive environments

• Background in industrial software, IoT platforms, or enterprise SaaS

• Experience designing reusable UI components or shared frontend frameworks
