Full Stack Engineer - Remote (EST)
Responsibilities

Collaborate with your team to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain secure, compliant SaaS solutions

Build and enhance software features to address customer challenges and improve user experience

Drive continuous improvement efforts and support CI/CD processes throughout the development lifecycle

Promote and implement automation to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and ensure consistency

Engage in all stages of product development, working closely with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders

Review upcoming system and component releases to assess their effect on business operations

Perform code reviews and verify the quality and accuracy of delivered software

Develop a deep understanding of business workflows to ensure technology aligns with user needs and success
Qualifications
-
3+ years of experience in SaaS product development or within a regulated (e.g., FDA-compliant) environment; exposure to Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a plus

Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and SQL

Practical experience with frameworks and tools like Angular, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Docker, Git, Kubernetes, and Apache Kafka

Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design, Event-Driven Architecture, and Reactive Programming is a plus

Background in Agile/Scrum development, preferably with experience working remotely on distributed teams

Proficiency with release management and ALM tools like Jira and Git/GitLab
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create formal technical documentation

Comfortable working within regulated environments and adhering to compliance requirements

Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment

Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools (e.g., Amazon Q) is a bonus
-
Background in biomedical, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries is highly desirable
