Talent Acquisition / Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Recruit top talent for different industries.
• Find candidates for direct clients, utilizing all tools (Job Boards, Linkedin, Networking, etc..)
• Build relationship with candidate s from initial contact, screen, interview, prep, debrief, and offer stages
• Develop a pipeline of candidates that fall in line with our needs

 Required Skills:

• Three or more years of talent acqusition / recruiting for Information Technology, Cybersecurity or Telecom
• Find candidates for direct clients, utilizing all tools
• Review resumes for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge relation to the position
• Track candidates through all phases of the recruitment process
• Be independent and seek out answers and solve problems for open job orders
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate strong commitment to a team environment
• Demonstrate well-developed written and verbal communication skills
