UCPath is seeking an experienced Test Lead to support the implementation of risk-based authentication controls within UCPath. This initiative focuses on securing PeopleSoft HCM transactions that impact employee pay and personal information while ensuring access continuity and minimal operational disruption.
This role owns end-to-end testing strategy and execution across UC locations.
Strong PeopleSoft HCM testing experience, ideally in a UCPath environment
End-to-end testing experience related to identity, authentication, and access controls
Deep understanding of how authentication changes affect:
o Payroll
o Benefits
o Employee access
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-location testing efforts
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to anticipate employee impact and reduce operational risk at go-live
Preferred Experience
Experience testing authentication or security-related changes in higher education or public-sector environments
Familiarity working with privacy, legal, or compliance-driven requirements
