Key Responsibilities:
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Increase amplification impressions across owned, paid, and third-party channels
- Improve program performance, including traffic volume and quality, and content engagement
- Boost visibility (organic and paid) for core content topics aligned with QuickBooks priorities
- Improve conversions and lead generation via distributed content
- Core Responsibilities
- Amplification Strategy and Campaign Management
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content amplification strategy that extends the reach of QuickBooks’ content across owned, paid, and third-party channels, including partner networks.
- Collaborate with paid media agencies to optimize distribution efforts, ensuring campaigns are delivered and adapted for performance.
- Identify partnerships and external opportunities for content syndication to maximize exposure of existing content materials.
- Cross-Channel Collaboration and Alignment:
- Partner with internal stakeholders across QuickBooks, including product marketing, social media teams, and campaign leads, to ensure content amplification efforts are integrated into broader marketing initiatives.
- Maintain alignment on content priorities across departments and seasonal campaigns.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Measure performance for amplified content and track against campaign objectives, such as engagements, impressions, reach, traffic driven, and conversions.
- Analyze amplification performance and apply insights to optimize ongoing efforts.
- Report on amplification outcomes regularly to stakeholders and leadership, including key performance summaries.
- Content Adaptation for Amplification: Work closely with the content marketing team and agencies to ensure content is optimized for amplification across specific channels
- Provide direction on editing or repurposing content for higher engagement, such as adapting formats for maximum impact or tailoring messages for paid ad campaigns.
- GEO, SEO and Experimentation: Collaborate to identify opportunities to improve GEO and SEO visibility through amplification strategies.
- Own amplification through channels that deliver AIO citations, such as Stacker
- Devise tests and experiments to improve engagement metrics and drive qualified traffic.
- Maintain content distribution hygiene and consistency across channels while implementing emerging amplification best practices.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Skills-Proven track record managing and scaling content amplification efforts, ideally in digital or B2B environments.
- Strong partnership-building skills, with extensive experience working cross-functionally with content, paid media, social, and influencer teams.
- Knowledge of paid media campaigns and amplification strategies across platforms (Google Ads, social networks, display networks, etc.).
- Proficiency in creating and implementing hypotheses for content experimentation, testing distribution strategies, and optimizing campaigns based on analytics insights.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills, particularly in providing clear content briefs, feedback, and updates to teams and vendors.
- Budget and PO management
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a content marketing, digital advertising, or amplification role.
- Strong understanding of current trends in content marketing, SEO, and amplification strategies.
- Experience managing external agencies, vendors, or partnerships for media efforts.
- Strong analytical mindset, with a focus on interpreting data to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Ability to work independently and drive collaboration across teams to meet common goals.
