Job Summary
Under direct supervision, the Junior Software Developer will design, develop, test, modify, and debug computer software. This role involves researching and analyzing system or program issues, creating program documentation, and translating business requirements into secure, maintainable code.
This opportunity is ideal for a recent undergraduate graduate seeking hands-on experience in a professional software development environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- Recent undergraduate graduate
- Ability to work under direct supervision in a structured development environment
Skills
- Exposure to or experience working within software development organizations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language)
- Experience or academic background in Microsoft .NET technologies
Compliance & Background Requirements
