Role: Patient Services Representative I
Location: Vancouver, WA 98684
Payrate: $20/hr. - $24/hr. on W2 (Pay Depends on years of experience)
Shift time: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM PST
State of Credentials/Licenses Required: WA MAP License

Job Description:
Represents the company to patients, performing highquality blood draws and preparing specimens for laboratory testing while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and data accuracy. Works under supervision to complete daily activities, maintain records, and promote a professional environment. Demonstrates leadership behaviors, confidentiality, and process excellence.

Additional things required:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, and WA).
Minimum of 6 months phlebotomy experience required (1+ years preferred).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Keyboard/data entry experience required.
Flexible availability based on staffing needs.
