Payrate: $22/hr. - $27/hr. on W2 (Pay Depends on yrs. of experience)
Shift time:

Shift (1) - Monday to Friday 07:30 am - 4:30 pm & Alternate Saturdays 07:30 am - 11:30 am
Shift (2) - Monday to Friday 06:30 am - 3:30 pm & Alternate Saturdays 07:30 am - 11:30 am

State of Credentials/Licenses Required: California State Phlebotomy License (CA CPT)

Job Description:
Serves as the face of the company by performing patientfacing duties including drawing quality blood specimens and preparing them for lab testing while maintaining trust, safety, and accuracy. Works under supervision to complete daily tasks, maintain records, and promote a professional environment. Demonstrates leadership behaviors, process excellence, and confidentiality.

Additional things required:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, and WA).
Minimum of 6 months phlebotomy experience required (1+ years preferred).
Excellent phlebotomy skills including pediatric and geriatric collections.
Keyboard/data entry experience required.
Flexible availability for staffing needs including weekends, holidays, oncall, and overtime.
