SAP ETL Performance Expert

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize ETL performance in SAP BW/4HANA environments

• Identify bottlenecks in data extraction, transformation, and loading processes

• Design and implement performance tuning strategies for large data volumes

• Hands-on work with BDC programs for mass data processing and troubleshooting

• Monitor BW data loads, process chains, and background jobs for performance improvements

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure efficient data flows

• Provide recommendations for best practices in BW/4HANA performance optimization

• Support onsite coordination with client stakeholders in Florida (50% travel required)

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience as an SAP ETL / BW Performance Expert

• Hands-on expertise with SAP BW/4HANA

• Proven experience working with BDC (Batch Data Communication)

• Strong understanding of SAP data models, transformations, and process chains

• Experience with performance tuning, debugging, and optimization techniques

• Ability to analyze large datasets and high-volume ETL processes

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP HANA performance tuning

• Exposure to SAP ABAP related to data loads and BDC

• Prior onsite client engagement experience in the US
