HRIS Senior Advisor

We are seeking two experienced HRIS Senior Advisors to lead the configuration, optimization, and governance of our HR technology platforms. In this role, you will serve as a senior technical advisor, owning complex HRIS functionality and partnering closely with HR and IT leaders to drive scalable, secure, and data-driven solutions.
This is a high-impact role supporting workforce growth, operational excellence, and long-term system integrity within a large, regulated environment.

Lead configuration, optimization, and ongoing management of HRIS platforms, with a primary focus on SuccessFactors Employee Central and Compensation modules
Automate and streamline system analysis, data integration, reporting, and user workflows
Serve as the technical point of contact for assigned HR functions, leading system enhancements and implementations end to end
Provide system and data guidance for organizational restructures, position management, and workforce planning initiatives
Maintain strong data governance practices to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance
Partner with HR, IT, and external vendors to test system changes, analyze data flows, and improve user experience
Develop and maintain clear process documentation and system standards
Act as a trusted advisor to senior HR leaders, translating business needs into scalable system design
< data-start="1759" data-end="1786">Minimum Qualifications>
10 or more years of experience researching, analyzing, designing, and maintaining HR Information Systems
Demonstrated ownership of HRIS platforms in a complex organizational environment
Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and system governance
< data-start="2063" data-end="2092">Preferred Qualifications>
Hands-on SuccessFactors configuration experience, specifically with Employee Central and Compensation modules
End-to-end Compensation configuration experience, including merit, bonus, and equity programs
Proven experience with EC integrations and complex business rules
Ability to lead annual compensation cycles and major system initiatives with minimal oversight
Experience supporting HR technology in large, highly regulated organizations
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills
- Residency in California is required
