Position 1: Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Consultant Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 1+ Year

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure payroll rules, ensure compliance, and support payroll processing and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
• Gather and analyze payroll business requirements
• Configure payroll elements, balances, formulas, and fast formulas
• Support payroll processing, testing, and issue resolution
• Ensure statutory and compliance requirements are met
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and technical teams

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
• Good understanding of payroll processes and statutory compliance
• Experience in implementation, testing, and support
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Position 2: Oracle HCM Cloud OTL Consultant Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 1+ Year
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud OTL Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor (OTL). The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting OTL solutions, including time entry layouts, rules, approvals, payroll integration, and reporting. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform system configuration, conduct testing, and support post-go-live activities.
