Our client seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Project Management (PM) to lead large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations and transformation initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of technical understanding, executive-level communication, and proven delivery leadership across complex, cross-functional programs.

The ideal candidate will have successfully managed end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations, particularly within Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Financials, and ERP Cloud, while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Key Details:

Lead and manage Oracle Cloud PM / PPM implementations from initiation through post-go-live support
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reports
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, executive sponsors, and technical delivery teams
Drive governance, scope management, change control, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams
Ensure adherence to Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies and PMO standards
Oversee vendor and systems integrator performance and deliverables
Facilitate executive-level steering committee meetings and provide clear, data-driven reporting
Identify risks and dependencies early and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure successful user adoption through change management, training coordination, and communication plans
