Job Title : Sr Oracle Project Manager
Location : 100% Remote
Duration : Full-time/ Direct-Hire
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in an IT Project Management related capacity.
- Strong experience in Oracle Cloud, with a predominant focus on recent experience in Oracle Fusion (Cloud) applications.
- Strong experience in Waterfall methodology is mandatory (agile would be plus).
- Experience in Smartsheet (SS) for Project Planning, should have created a project plan in its entirely SS.
- Experience in Microsoft Teams (chatting, meeting, documents storage).
- Experience in Change Management and SDLC is mandatory.
- Must have experience as Oracle Service Delivery Manager for 2 or more projects (Support/ Implementation/ Rollout/ Upgrade).
- Must have experience in Planning and Execution/ Control of the project including Timelines, Resources (Employees, Client, Vendors, Other 3rd Parties - Scheduling and Alignment), Budget & Cost.
- Must have the experience to estimate the effort and challenge the technical/functional teams on the estimations done by them.
- Must have the ability to ensure quality of the deliver.
- Ability to deliver as an individual contributor with the creation of presentations, project plans, detailed issue, and risk tracking, maintaining program health information, and other detailed program and project management related deliverables.
- Serve as the point of contact in support of ongoing project for client and internal.
- Conduct Periodic Reviews and Meetings, Prepare Status Reports and share with Stakeholders.
- Conduct Working Sessions with team sharing screens and helping the team resolve the issues technically/functionally.
- Proficient in managing and effectively handling multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful outcomes across all endeavors.
- Leverage your expertise in cloud applications, cloud architecture, and comprehensive global support knowledge to facilitate discussions and guide decision-making processes related to program direction.
- Experience in designing and leading Change Management efforts in large business transformation projects highly beneficial.
- Proactively initiate and guide open dialogues with teams, clients, and stakeholders, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.
- Experience in Oracle, OIC, BI, OTBI, SQL, PLSQL, workflows, Forms, OAF is advantage.
- Communicate/Escalate Employee performance concerns and/or status updates to leadership.
- Outstanding communication skills written, verbal, and presentation abilities. This is the most important aspect.
- Must Take Accountability & Ownership of the Project/Accounts/Programs assigned.
- A comprehensive understanding of major Oracle EBS/Cloud application streams such as SCM, Finance, and Manufacturing, coupled with industry knowledge at a high level. Must have the ability to articulate technical/functional concepts in business terms and present to senior management/client/other stakeholders.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified.

- Business Process Awareness, Politically savvy.
- Influence and negotiation skills.
- High sense of urgency; can operate with limited lead time to kick off projects.
- Candidates from Consulting environment are preferred.
