Requirements- 8–10 years of experience in IT Program Management
- Strong healthcare technology solution skills and experience
- Experience working with technology solutions in a Health System with Integrated Delivery Network (IDN)
- Experience working with infrastructure build of healthcare technology solutions
- Management experience including people, program, project, and budget management
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer service-focused, self-starter, self-supervised, and strong influencing skills
- Experience working with Monday.com for dashboard reporting
- Experience with Microsoft Visio, Draw.io (Diagrams.net), and Lucidchart
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Project, Visio, and SharePoint
- Knowledge of budget management and demonstrated experience managing IT budgets, project portfolios, and operational improvement plans
- Experience utilizing ISACA COBIT governance, control, risk, and audit processes
- Experience leading teams supporting an IT Shared Services organization
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
- PMP certification desired
- Certified Scrum Master preferred
- ISACA CISA certification desirable
- Experience with Agile methodology desirable
- Master's degree or Bachelor's degree as outlined, or a satisfactory combination of education, training, and experience.
