Implementation PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is in need of an Implementation PM.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
* Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across product, CRM, change management, and technical teams
* Facilitate decision-making on implementation approach and manage vendor workshops
* Oversee data mapping and CRM readiness for integration
* Prepare and lead meetings, create executive-ready materials, and maintain status reporting
* Ensure proper handling of sensitive data and document lessons learned for future phases

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of project management experience with CRM integrations and SaaS implementations
* Strong understanding of data mapping, relational databases, and process flows
* Proven ability to build project plans and manage cross-functional teams
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills; comfortable with global stakeholders
* Knowledge of change management and data privacy best practices
* Proficiency with project management and CRM tools (e.g., MS Project, Salesforce/Dynamics)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
