RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager, HR Operations in Tarrytown, NY.
Summary:
The Project Manager, HR Operations leads and supports HR initiatives that improve processes, technology, and employee experience. This role partners with HR leadership, manages project plans and timelines, and drives operational excellence across the HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead HR projects involving people, process, and technology
* Build and manage project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service delivery, and operational performance
* Develop tools, templates, and processes to support consistent project execution
* Provide updates to HR leadership and ensure strong change management practices
* Support HR system upgrades and implementations, including data gathering, testing, and training
* Maintain documentation and follow project management standards
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field; Master's preferred
* 5+ years of project management experience; HR experience preferred
* Experience with MSP/VMS environments is beneficial
* Proficiency with MS Office and project tools; Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday
* Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work with all levels of the organization
* PMP certification is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
