JOB TITLE: UX Designer IV
DURATION: 6 MONTHS, high potential to extend based on performance
LOCATION: ONSITE IN SEATTLE, WA
PAY RATE: $62 - $67 HOURLY
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Team is looking for a talented, customer-focused UX/UI designer to join our experimentation software design team for a six-month contract. The ideal candidate will have the ability to deliver clean, web-ready designs based on existing style guides in a fast-paced production environment. This position requires strong organizational skills, web expertise, intrinsic design ability, typographic skills, copy writing skills, and acute attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple projects, influence stakeholders and leaders, and create a unified vision from disparate requirements is essential.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years industry experience providing interaction design solutions for web and/or software applications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), UX/UI Design or equivalent professional experience
- Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
- Self-starter who is a customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic team player.
- Ability to work with highly technical teams and handle multiple projects in an agile, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Figma skills
- Proficient in Javascript/HTML/CSS
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience building UX/UI that integrates AI is a plus
- Experience working with data and statistics a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- UX/UI design for high stakes, high value internal tooling with tens of thousands of users
- Write high quality copy as needed to facilitate usability
- Creating a unified, highly functional vision based on requirements from multiple stakeholders
- Ability to set a north-star ideal vision and a prioritized, phased plan to iterate towards it
- Fulfilling multiple project requests while simultaneously meeting tight deadlines
