Project Manager Specialist

Our client is hiring a Project Manager Specialist on a long-term contract basis.

Summary:
This is a Hybrid Role - 3 days onsite and 2 days remote WFH. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program/Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives for the Legal, Risk and Regulatory team. This role will not only manage individual projects but also design and maintain a comprehensive portfolio dashboard that enables senior leadership to track progress, risks, and outcomes across the entire program. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management expertise with exceptional communication and reporting skills, ensuring that all deliverables-from project plans to status reports-are accurate, insightful, and executive-ready.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects within the program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop and maintain a program dashboard to provide executives with a clear, consolidated view of program health, key milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Create detailed project plans including scope, schedule, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Produce high-quality program and project status reports tailored for executive audiences, highlighting progress, issues, and decision points.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Drive continuous improvement in project and program management practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in program and project management within a complex, enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop executive-ready dashboards and reports using tools such as PowerBI, PowerPoint or similar platforms.
• Experience with AI initiatives, ROI analysis, and vendor solution evaluations.
• Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and risk management.
• Familiarity with portfolio management frameworks and governance best practices.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) and reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to distill complex information for senior leadership.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• PMP certification is preferred; experience in enterprise environment is a plus.

Pay Rate: $55 - $65
