Position Summary

The Digital and IT Team Senior Analyst - (.NET Developer) will assist with supporting the development and management of Informational Technology systems/services. They will work closely with Division IT Leaders and staff and interact with our business partners to manage resources to deliver efficient technology solutions, while maintaining operational relationships with Parker suppliers.

This position is based in the Cleveland area and requires on-site work four days a week; fully remote work is not an option. Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this role.

Essential Functions:
  • Provide technical support for web and digital systems.
  • Stay updated on new digital and IT innovations and research their application within the organization.
  • Understand the business impact of decisions and communicate effectively to manage internal and external customer expectations.
  • Document standard operating procedures and train team members in technical skills and processes.
  • Maintain a broad understanding of digital and IT strategy across all functions, interpreting business requirements to develop effective IT solutions.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiencies within enterprise solutions, collaborating with divisions on localized systems.
  • Applies and leads continuous improvement initiatives to streamline and improve system efficiencies within the Enterprise solutions working closely with division/group on localized systems.
  • Performs IT life-cycle management methodologies, including design, system analysis of complex technologies with considerable scope, development, testing, project management (goals and objectives) and change management
  • Leads the development, implementation and delivery of solutions that address new business requirements, risk management and supports standardization across the business
  • Establishes methods to monitor and improve performance of systems and processes; Identifies deficiencies in IT systems/processes and recommends solutions / areas for improvement
  • Available to provide after-hours technical support as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in IS/IT, Business, or related function
  • 6 or more years' experience in Information Technology
  • Experienced in web development, including .NET, .NET Core, C#, Entity Framework, SQL Server, Angular or other comparable front-end technologies, and API development
  • Excellent written and verbal communicationand collaborationskills
  • Ability to maintain professional and strong relationships with business partners, contactors, and stakeholders
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and can apply those processes to everyday work
  • Experience in security best practices and compliancy requirements for area of expertise
  • Strong interpersonal skills, relates well with all levels of the organization
