 Job Description:

·         We are looking for the Sr Salesforce Technical Architect candidates (don’t need functional / admin / BA/QA background profiles).

·         Must have Salesforce Certification.

·         Strong hands-on experience with Apex LWC Visualforce ISML JavaScript

·         Seeking an experienced Associate Principal to lead and design scalable technical architectures

·         Translate business requirements into scalable secure and high-performance technical solutions

·         Oversee the full development lifecycle including architecture coding testing and deployment

·         Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices coding standards and governance models

·         Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers

·         Client Stakeholder Management

·         Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders

·         Facilitate regular onsite meetings workshops and technical deep dives with business and IT teams

·         Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language for nontechnical stakeholders

·         Proactively manage client expectations scope and timelines

·         Provide strategic input to help clients optimize their Salesforce investment

·         Project Delivery

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects business analysts QA and DevOps

·         Manage onsite delivery teams and coordinate with offshore counterparts

·         Ensure timely delivery of milestones and manage risks and dependencies

·         Support UAT go live and post deployment activities
