Network Engineer

We re seeking a skilled Network Engineer to support the nationwide deployment and maintenance of Client s network. Supporting traditional analog hardware, enabling faster speeds, improved network performance, and enhanced reliability for customers on back network connectivity on cradlepoint devices and integration with LTE network. Network support functions to edge compute infrastructure.

Responsibility:

-Hands-on IP router/switch/telephony customer premises equipment/Cradle point device connectivity/LTE integration
-Design, configure and deploy LAN and WAN network connections,SD-WAN, hardware, software and communication links and services.
-Optimize the network and systems services and troubleshoot any network performance issues.
-Responsible for the service provision and monitoring of the network infrastructure to company standards.
Skills:

-Specific knowledge and 5 to 8 years experience with Cisco and Juniper routers
- Strong knowledge of internetworking designs and their applications and routing
-Solid knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 internetworking technologies
-5 to 8 years Experience with protocols
-Firewall experience with firewalls such as (Cisco ASA, Juniper SRX, Checkpoint NG etc.)
-Extensive experience with Cisco switches and routers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CCNA or JNCIA (optional but beneficial)
• Experience building and replacing system hardware
• Exposure to automation and risk management practices
