Responsibilities

• Build predictive & statistical models to quantify disparities.
• Apply causal inference, factor analysis, and clustering methods.
• Perform NLP on qualitative interview/literature datasets.
• Develop scenario simulation & impact forecasting models.
• Translate analytical findings into decision insights.

Skills

• Python/R, scikit-learn, Spark ML, statsmodels.
• Experience with causal, statistical, and ML modeling.
• NLP, time-series, and clustering.
• Azure ML or Databricks MLflow for training & deployment.

Experience

• 5 8+ years in data science/ML engineering.
• Experience with health, demographic, or SDOH data preferred.
• Comfortable communicating analytical findings to stakeholders.
